How to use this site
The original book had pictures inter-placed among the pages, these picture pages had no page numbers and were not indexed. I have created a picture index so that you can go directly to the pictures, but to keep the original flow of the book I have added a link (PICTURE PAGE) at the bottom of each page that should have picture pages next.
So you can read page to page and not be bothered with the pictures or you can go look at the pictures. You will need to use the back arrow in your tool bar or use the short cut to pages at the bottom of each page to return to the page you were reading. Nelda
