To the Honorable the Judge of the Barren Circuit Court in Chancery sitting Justly Complaining Your Orator & Oratrix, Robert Newell & Polly his wife late Polly Hunt, respectfully represents to your Honor that Reuben Hunt, the ancestor of said Polly departed this life about the year 1795 leaving a widow Sarah Hunt & five children & heirs, that is to say, Fanny Hunt who had intermarried with Conque Wyatt, Nancy Hunt whohas since intermarried with Thomas Bowen, Robert R. Hunt, Celey (Scelia DGJ) Hunt who has since intermarried with James Gillock, and your Oratrix who has since intermarried with your Orator. (Note: Polly Hunt to Robert Newell). Your Complta also represent that thesaid Reuben Hunt before his death made his last Will and Testament which was duly proven & recorded.
