VA. a construction Co. using a backhoe at the County Courthouse hit a gas line, the superintendent rushed into the building and gave the alarm to hurridly evacuate, they did, in about 10 minutes, an adjacent building to the courthouse exploded, the whole front blew off, a fire started by the blast quickly spread to the 140 year old Courthouse, destroying County tax records, damage estimated to be $2 & $3 million dollars.
