Sixth GenerationJohn6 GILCHRIST (John5, John4, Alexander3, Alexander2, William1) was born in Oamaru, NZ 27 Jun 1897. John died 28 May 1971 at 73 years of age. He married Jessie Lindsay SPEID in Oamaru, NZ, 14 Mar 1923. Jessie was born in Oamaru, NZ 17 Aug 1901. Jessie was the daughter of Ernest Rickard SPEID and Catherine RUSSELL. Jessie died 13 Sep 1979 at 78 years of age. John GILCHRIST and Jessie Lindsay SPEID had the following child: i. Ernest Leslie GILCHRIST (still alive). |
