Individual note:   Elizabeth "Lizzie" Dougan Coppock was accidently killed by her husband. She had seen a snak e and had called Henry. He came with a shotgun and as he neared Lizzie he tripped and fell an d the gun discharged, striking and killing her.

Individual note:   According to a book written by Dr Alvin Anderson of Milwaukie, Oregon ( I believe the title i s "The Ancestry of Aaron (4) Coppock") Isaac, son of John Coppock and Anna Jay, was the fift h child born to John & Anna. The fourth child was born 1799/1800, the 6th birthdate was not g iven, the 7th was born in 1810, so Isaac would have been born between 1800 &1810. dr Anderso n gives his wife as Elizabeth.
