Philip and Marilla, children of my son Joseph Stover (dec'd).

Mentions: Jacob Ott appointed trustee for my said dau. Franey and

13 Dec. 1819 - A writing purporting to be last Will and Testament
of Joseph Stover, dec'd, was produced into Court by George Hupp
who intermarried with Catharine Spengler, who was a dau of Regina
Spengler, now dec'd., who was a sister of the dec'd. Joseph Stover
and having heard some testimony and opposition thereto by Elizabeth
Stover, widow and relick of the dec'd., on motion of the said
Elizabeth Stover. The Court doth appoint Anthony Spengler
to collect and preserve the Estate of said dec'd.
10 Jan 1820 - This matter being continued over from the last Court.
It is proved by the oath of Philip Williams that the said Will is
the handwriting of Samuel Mills, and that he believes the signature
of said Stover to have been writted by himself and that the said Mills
appears to have signed his name as a witness bveing well aquainted
with said Mills and Stover and further that the said Mills and Peter
Snapp who appears to be another witness are dead.
And further proved by oath of Philip Spengler who also testified to
the handwriting of Joseph Stover, Samuel Mills and Jacob Conrad.
The Law directs Elizabeth Stover, widow of the dec'd. having
relinquished her right.
