April 18, 1794 from Richard Tucker Maynor of Patrick County to Jacob Stover of Patrick County, for 40 pounds, about 150 acres on the North side Smith River in Patrick, and bounded by the Rig [Ridge] Path, Packwood, a dividing line between Richard Tuckher Maynor and Jacob Stover.
