Ver. Return for Plf. & O. R. On the Motion of Jonathan Davis it is ordered that Meshack Hodges & William Dillingham be fined According to Law for not Attndg as Witness fo S'd Davis Ads Stoner. Holden McGee is allow'd 2 Days Attce & 1 Cumming and returning 20 miles as a Witness for Stover vs Davis. Jeremiah Stover is allow'd 2 Days a Wits for same.
