Information from the historical publication in 1968 by JY "Jim" Henderson
"A Historical Review of Arkansas County" states that the store sold horse goods such as harnesses (including a harness repair shop) and saddlery, automobile items such as tires, seat covers, tops and textile accessories.
Richard A Gettle, sole owner of the store succeeded William Wechman who had the store for almost 25 years.
The store is located on Main Street.
