Know all men by these presents that we William Reedy & Edward Lacy are held and firmly bound unto the Judges of Chester County Court in the Just and full sum of 1.20 to the payment whereof well and truly to be made unto the said Judges of their successors we bind ourselves our heirs exors and jointly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our Seals and Dates this 28th day of June 1793.

The condition of the above obligation is such that whereas William Reedy is by the Judges of Chester County appointed Guardian of Mary Caskie Infant Orphan of John Caskie Deceased. If therefore, the said William Reedy does well and truly perform the said office according to law and particularly keep harmless the Judges of Chester Co., then and in that case the above obligation to be void, otherwise to remain in full force power and virtue.

On the Oath and Motion of Esther Graham she is allowed 7/? (I can not read this well) for three days attendances as a witness in the Suit of William Reedy vs. David Graham

On the Oath and Motion of Mary Gaskell she is allowed five shillings for 2 days attendance as a witness in the suit of W.m Reedy vs David Graham.

William Reedy, Plaintiff Vs David Graham, Defendant- In Slander same Jury verdict and Judgement for the plaintiff for two pounds one shilling and costs.

On the oath and motion of James Hughey, he is allowed 2/6 for one days attendance as a witness in the suit of Thomas B. Franklin against David Hopkins.

On the oath and motion of William Moore he is allowed 5/ for two days attendance as a witness in the suit William Reedy against David Graham.
