Another Dream Lost to the worthless and thoughtless acts of a drunk driver.
Jeremiah was killed on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 27, 1997.
The drunk driver was trying to evade police... he entered an exit ramp....going the wrong way....
The police pursuing the drunk driver said Jeremiah was killed on impact. His friend, the other direct victim was critically injured and hospitalized for weeks.
 The drunk driver? Last I heard, he couldn't live with what he did... I am not sure if he was ashamed of killing and injuring someone... or if he was feeling sorry for himself because because his legs that took him places now consisted of 4 wheels...
I can not stress to you that read this how extremely important it is to take the keys... designate a sober driver... anything it takes to keep someone that has been drinking out of the drivers seat.... You never know... it may be YOUR life saved....
By the way... there were many more than just two innocent victims here.... ask any loved one, ask any friend... the victims are endless....
