Both Isaac and Elizabeth were born in Franklin Co. They were second cousins, once removed. After about five years of marriage, Elizabeth died, leaving Isaac with two young daughters. He remarried within about a year, marrying Elizabeth's younger sister, Mary. As far as we know, there were no children from this marriage. Sometime between 1860 and 1870, Isaac and Mary moved from Virginia to Illinois, and spent the remainder of their lives farming in central Illinois.

This site is organized into "Web Cards" and "Person Sheets"

Each Web Card contains basic information about a person and their spouse, parents and offspring. By clicking on various individuals, you will be taken to their Web Card. In this way, you can scroll through a particular family lineage. The "Home Card" button (above) will take you to the first person in this lineage. If you click on either "parent" in the Web Card, you will be taken to their Person Sheet. The Person sheet contains the same information as the Web Card, but in greater detail, including dates and references. From the Person Sheet, you can return to the Web Card by clicking on the Web Family Card at the bottom.
