Wyoming Goshen County Rural Grave - Just North of the Van Kleeck Store & Post Office Section NW 1/4 SW 1/4, Township 27N, Range 61W Location : At the Van Kleeck Store Site (Twenty miles north of Torrington, Wyo) "This grave is located just inside barbed wire, and marked by two large pitch posts still standing, and a large boulder between. The two posts that mark the Allen grave were cut on Pine Ridge 25 miles west of the Van Kleeck Post office site in 1917 and were hand hewed to perfection by my father Edward Van Kleeck. They served as windmill anchor possts until 1951. They were replaced with new steel posts, and we set them in at the head of the Allen Grave. The smooth hand ax hewing on these two posts are almost unbelievably perfect." (there is 1 grave there) INFANT ALLEN b. & d. 28 Aug 1928 father: Ezra Allen mother: Sue (Van Kleeck) Allen
