ALICE WITHERS BALL (III) 1778-1850, Daughter of William and Elizabeth (Hord) Withers (II) 16, was born in Fauquier County, Va., on July 15, 1778 and married there in August 1794 (marriage bond date is Aug. 7, 1794) JOHN BALL, the son of Captain John Ball and his wife Sarah E. Payne, who was born in Fauquier County, Va., on March 4, 1773. They settled in Breckinridge County, Ky., where John Ball died on Sept. 14, 1844. Alice (Withers) Ball died in Breckinridge County, Ky., on March 4, 1850.
