MYERS - Mrs. Myrtle L Myers, 843 McKinley. born in Wallaceburg, Ark., Feb. 14, 1888, passed away Thursday, Ma 5, 1966 in a local hospital at the age of 78 years. Funeral services will be held in Alamo Chapels, Monday, May 9, ta [sic] 10 a.m. with Rev. L.B. McHoney officiating. Internment will be in Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery. Survivors: Husband, Mr. John E. Myers; son, John R. Myers, Harlingen, Tex.; grandsons, Robert P and Edgar A. Myers, both of San Antonio, Landis Myers, Charles Myers, both of Houston, Tex., Donald Myers, Harlingen, Tex.; great-grandson, Keith David Myers, City. Mrs. Myers was a member of First Baptist Church and had been a resident of San Antonio for the past 60 years. Arrangements by Alamo Funeral Home.
