To all Christion people to whome these presents Shall Come    Greeting Know ye that I George Holckins of Coventry in ye County of Windham in ye Colony of Conecticut in New England yeoman For & in Consideration of a bond Given me for ye maintainance of my self & wife Dureing our Natrall Life before ye ensealing hereof by my son George Holckins of sd Coventry whereby I am satisfied and Contented and payd do sell and Diliver unto my son George Holckins above Named Three certain Tracts of Land Situate in sd Coventry ye first peice Lyes on ye west end of ye Long Streat that side next ye Great Pond and bounded as foloweth the first bounds is a walnut bush at ye Southeast Corner of sd Lott which is ye Southeast Corner of my son James Holckins Land from thence Run Northward 36 Rods to a black burch bush from thence Run 30 Rods Northwest to a walnut bush from thence North to ye Pond to a small white oack tree from thence by the Side of ye pond till it Coms to ye Land of my Son George Holckins from thence in ye Line betwen my one Land and ye sd George Holckins Land to ye Long Street from thence by ye Street to ye first mentioned bounds which Contains all ye Land betwen ye sd James Holckins and ye sd George Holckins my son be the same more of Less another peice Lyes upon a Highway betwen sd Holckins & Silas Longs & is bounded as foloweth ye first bounds begins at a stake & stons at ye Southeast Corner of a twenty acre Divition Laid out to Lords assigns from thence run East 37 deg & 30 minits north 66 Rods to a stake & stons then run North 26 deg west 48 Rod to a stake and stons then west 25 deg South 44 Rod to a stake & stons then South 24 Deg East 63 rods to ye first mentioned bounds ye other peice Lyes North of ye fore mentioned Last peice ye first bounds begins at a Stake & Stons on ye North side of Highway then Run North 22 Deg West 33 Rods to a stake and Stons & West 8 Deg North 30 Rods to a Stake and Stons then South 22 Deg East 30 Rods to ye first mentioned Bounds the two Last peices was Laid out to ye 19 homlott and was Laid out for a Twenty Acre Divition and contains 23 Acres & an half be the same more or Less To Have and To Hold ye above bargined premises with all ye Privilidges and apurtenances thereunto belonging unto him ye sd George Holckins his Heirs & assigns for ever as a good & perfect estate of Enharetance in fee Simple and further more I ye said George Holckins do by these presents bind my Self my executors and Adminisrs to warrant Secure and Defend ye Sd George Holckins and his Heirs and assigns for ever in ye quiat posestion of all ye three peices of Land against the Lawfull Claim of all persons whatso ever and in Testimony hereof I the sd George Holckins Juner have hereunto Set my hand and Seall this 29th Day of December AD 1742
