Pursusant to an order of the------the County Court of Scott bearing date the 13th
December 1820, your commissioners to whom was found
an adjustments of the accounts of George Stacy
administrator of the estate of Joseph Culbertson ,deceased,
with the heirs of said Culbertson ,deceased, have presented
on the 13th August 1821 to take the said account from
which we submit the folllowing report viz.
It appears
to your Commissioners that on the 18th of August
1818 by an official account of Settlement that there
did remain the the hands of said administrator
Stacy $248.64 1/2 due to said Estate and since the
said Stacy being present agrees to relinquish any
further claims to $100 as part of the widow's dower
that was allowed to him as appears by the account
of Settlement dated the 18th of August 1818 which is
directed by him the said Stacy to be added to the
above stated sum of $248.64 making in all
the sum of … $348/64
with Interest that the said administrator
says he had not accounted for in any
former settlement 82.33

It further appears to your Commissioners that there is
an Item in the account of George Stacy against
said Estate of $88 for the hire of a Negro Boy not
collected of which there is no evidence but the said Stacy
produced the decision of Reubin Bradley and John
Dunn who appears to have acted as ? on that
subject who state in their opinion that the full amount
of $88 was consumed by the loss of time nursing said
boy while sick and unfit for service which decision
your Commissioners now seem reasonable It further appears
that there is two other Items in said account ?
7 cts lost one of $10.75 and the other $14 to which
accounts said loss of the receipts one of your Commissioners
now being a Justice of the peace for the County of Scott
qualified said Stacy which appears reasonable as also
the receipts of James Culbertson for $71.3125 bearing date
this day who is one of the legatees of said estate together
with the cost of making out this report which is $3.50
and one Item in the account by the Clerk of Scott County
against George Stacy for appointing commissioners
for a settlement of said estate of 44 cents these
together with all the accounts appear to be well
established by proper vouchers from the heirs of
said Estate which including the items here mentioned
amounted to the sum of $1174.63 1/4 which account is
herewith exhibited marked No 1 which is entered to
show in what manner and time the said adminis
trator paid up the legatees all of which is respectfully

indangered or conserned the estate given under my hand this 7th

3 June 1812. On the motion of George Stacy who intermarried with Agnes
Culbertson adm'x of Joseph Culbertson dec'd the statement made by Samuel
Ritchie sen'r and John berry the 11 of March 1812 and Recorded the 7 of April
following is confirmed and the said George Stacy relinquishes any right that
he may have for the raising and schooling of the decedents children excepting
the use of the money till it becomes payable to the heirs.
