p 967 #1016 age 69 must be RIN 34, just from names of females if nothing else, 371 has female Tabitha (B.Va) age 64, Isaac 34 has dau Lucia age 40.

Ky 1850 Census Butler 038 #357/358 is RIN 371 age 77 (born 1773)
1850 Logan#038 Isaac(Jr) age 25 had fatherIsaac age 59(RIN 34) with him
thus b 1790 Tn census 1850 no Isaacs.

Tn 1840 Census -Smith Co 0012101 - 00001 1 boy 10-15 two boys 15-20 one 20-30, and father 40-50 (i.e. born between 1790-1800, one girl 20-30 must be RIN 34

Tn 1830 Census-Smith Co 211001 - 0012001 two males 0-5, one 5-10, and one 10-15, Isaac 30-40; females one 10-15 two 15-20 and Lucy 40-50 i.e. slightly older than Isaac who was born 1790-1800 she 1780-1790 RIN 34

1820 Census Tn Smith Co 100010- 3001 one male 0-10 three girls 0-10, Isaac 26 to 45 and Lucy 26-45 i.e born 1775-1794 can not tell whihc RIN here, but from 1830 must be 34

Va 1820 Census has an Isaac in Amelia, and Tazewell.
deduction age Lucy probably 1789 Isaac probably 1790.
Marriage license Amelia Co 24 May 1810 surity Richard, Lucy Chandler must be of age i.e. older but Elizabeth Belcher consents for Isaac. Elizabeth in error for Ulsey ? Link to Richard per internet weak as Elizabeth (Diar) wife of William and Uncle Richard would make more sense from this bond.
