Folding of Our Flag

Kill an American

Editoral:

Since the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001, the freedom of America has been in danger. Some citizens of America have used this war as a platform to vent their hatred towards our government.
We here at BelcherBlues.com support the sacrifice and heroic efforts of our soldiers, and for the determined vision that President George W. Bush has for any and all America's enemies.
Just today news media reported that coalition forces had just destroyed a terrorist training camp in Northern Iraq. That alone is justification for this invasion and liberation of the Iraqi people. For 25 years Hussein as ruled his people with a iron fist. That fist of terror is being obliterated. This war is a better fought on a foreign land, then waitng for the enemy to carry the war to America with more suicide attacks.
If President Bush had just waited and allow Sadaam Hussein to develop a nuclear bomb, then another terrorist attack was simply counting down the clock to much worse destruction then the world witnessed on September 11. We do not condone or encourage war, but sometimes it is necessary to protect our citizens. Even more, it is justified and needed to rid the earth of Evil men who torture and kill their own citizens. American and British troops are doing a courageous deed and giving the supreme sacrifice at times. Can we reward such heroes and heroines with disdain and protests?
We think not.
Our fore-fathers had a unique vision. It was the dream of a great nation conceived in liberty. An inborn desire for a place where people were free to choose and live as they wished. A country where the government served the people, not ruled and controlled them.
I think a lot of Americans have forgotten that dream. Some of them accuse our government of everything bad, and ignoring all the freedoms we possess. We are free to marry, raise families, pick our own careers and travel about as we wish.
Religious freedom exist more here then any other place on earth. These are the rights that every living human being deserves, and that is one of the purpose of this war.
To let another people live the same kind of life.
Is that so terrible? You decide.
