Henry and Louise Frederking

Henry and Louise emigrated from Germany on the S.S. Donau and arrived in the port of New York on November 26, 1883.  With them were their children Heinrick, Frederick and Maria.

Their family next appears in the 1900 census of Sullivant township, Ford county, Illinois.  They are shown as having eight children; six children are living with them. Henry's occupation is shown as Day Labour.

They appear again in the 1910 census of Sullivant township.  Henry's occupation is shown as Laborer at the Sibley Estate.

They are still in Sullivant township in the 1920 census.  Henry's occupation is now shown as Machinist at the Grain Elevator.

In the 1930 census of Sullivant township Henry is living alone and is shown as widowed. 

 


Henry H. Frederking, Jr.

Henry appears in the 1900 census of Sullivant township, Ford county, Illinois.  He is living in the household of Henry Hast; his occupation is shown as Farm laborer.

In 1910 Henry is still living in Sullivant township.  He is now married with three children; his occupation is shown as House Painter.

In 1920 Henry is in Sullivant township now with six children.  His occupation is shown as Building Painter.

In 1930 Henry remains in Sullivant township; they now have a seventh child Marion.  His occupation is shown as Painter, Decorator.

William Frederking

William appears in the 1920 census of Beltrami township, Polk county, Minnesota.  He is living with his wife Alma; his occupation is shown as Medicine Canvasser.

William and Alma next appear in the 1930 census of Oxnard township, Ventura county, California; their residence is shown as 535 G Street.  William's occupation is shown as Cabinet Maker.

William died in Los Angeles on June 30, 1963.
