List Format/Digest Format:how do they compare?
List format means that you will receive messages posted to the list as they are posted. Digest format means that you will receive the messages in groups. Those subscribed to the list mode receive the same messages content wise that the digest subscribers receive. Also, it is not necessary to post messages to both the digest address and list address as messages directed to the list will go to both List and
