He married Susan M. Howard, born 1810/11 in either Delaware or PA. Don't know where or when they were married but, they had a daughter Elizabeth, born 1832 in PA. I've been able to locate Louise & Fred in the NJ census 1850. Haven't been able to find anything from 1810-1840 on either name Ames or Williams. I know Susan M., her mother's name is Maria Howard but, can't find anything on her father. I've hit a brick wall....... HELP.......PLEASE.........

Comments:  There are some 18+ variations on the spelling of Stoudenmire. Its origin is German with that spelling being Staudenmaier. The soundex spelling comes up as Stuedemann. King, Childers, Hale are names associated with my paternal grandmother, Harriet/Hattie and her mother, Zilla or Zila. This Stoudenmire group lived in Alabama, Mississippi, possibly Georgia before moving to Cleveland, Oh around 1917. On an interesting note my paternal grandfather David L Stoudenmire carries an interesting resemblance to the gunslinger Dallas Stoudenmire of Texas!

Cannot locate ANY info on Tramell. And Levonia stops at her parents. Levonia/Levina's parents are James Pevy (B) Aug 1874 and Ella Day (B) July 1880 (guessing on last name of Day as this is Levonia's last name) Their children are: Willie (B) 5-1898, Levonia (see above) and Almerta (B) 1905. They were all born in Alabama.
