I, Louisa A. Lentz, wife of Samuel J. Lentz, by and with his consent, do hereby make and publish this my last will and testament.
First, I direct that all of my just debts be paid.
Second, Out of my estate, I direct that my grandson William Williams shall be paid Two Hundred Dollars in full of his Share of my estate to be paid after my husbands death if he survives me.
Third, I will and bequeath to my beloved husband, Samuel J. Lentz, all of my estate of every kind and description, real and personal, for and during his natural life, and at his death to go to my son, James M. Lentz, Jr., for and during his natural life, after after [sic] the payment of the legacy under item two, and at his death to go to his children then living, and the representatives of any child of his that may die, leaving child or children, to have their deceased parents Share, Share and Share alike.
Fourth, I do hereby nominate and appoint James M. Lentz, Jr., as my executor, to carry out the provisions of this will, and direct that no bond be required of him as such.

Lynn, County Court Clerk of said County, hereby certify that the above is a full, true and perfect copy of the last will and testament of Louisa A Lentz, deceased, as proven by the testimony of C. J. Moody, one of the subscribing witnesses thereto, and by the testimony of R. W. Clark, who testified as to the handwriting of Edmund Cooper, deceased, and E. B. Cooper, and ordered to be recorded as the last will and testament of Louisa A. Lentz dec'd at May term 1916, as is shown by the original will now on file in my office.
