Tom's funeral record indicted that he was
born in 1899 and that he was 78 years when he died. If he had been

that he was buried in Live Oak Cemetery, but his gravestone is in Cottage

KINCHELOE, MARY "POLLY" (REGISGTER)
STONE COTTAGE CHURCH IS DEAD
On Wednesday morning, April 13, at 12:30 o'clock. Mrs, Mary K. "Aunt
Polly" Kincheloe, widow of the late George Kincheloe, widely known
pioneers in Hamilton county died at the home in this city of her daughter,
Mrs. T. H. Hamrick. For nine years Mrs. Kincheloe had been a beloved member
of the household of Mrs. Hamrick and her family. Four years ago the aged
lady sustained a broken hip in an accidental fall and since that time had
been an invalid and unable to walk.
With the passing of Mrs. Kincheloe the last surviving charter member of
the Cottage Hill Baptist church organized near Shive, 61 years ago, fell
in the victorious march of time. The colorful, useful magnificently courageous life for this woman began in Washington County, Tennessee,
December 22, 1849. She was the daughter of Gregg Register and his wife,
Orlena. Mary K. Register was married to George Kincheloe, November 12,
1868. The couple came to Hamilton county in the year, 1874, and settled on
a farm in the Shive country. Where they lived until the husband's death,
October 24, 1918. As long as "Aunt Polly" Kincheloe was
physically able she attended faithfully and loyally the services of
worship at Cottage Hill, and saw the thinning of the ranks of those who
banded themselves together in the beautiful faith for the worship of God
and the evangelism of their community. Now her body rest amongst those of
the other members of the band who be sleeping in the cemetery nearby the
hallowed walls of the little church.

The Hamilton
Herald-News, March 18, 2004
Noah Hayes Wiedebusch 14 died March 9 in Dallas. Funeral services were
held March 12 at St. John Lutheran Church in Hamilton with Rev. Russell
Nebhut and Vicar Keith Reich officiating. Burial followed in the Cottage
Hill Cemetery.
Noah was born on December 21, 1989, to
Ricky Kurt and Barbara Pamela (Hall) Wiedebusch in Brownwood.
The Wiedebusch family are faithful members
of St. John Lutheran Church in Hamilton. Noah was baptized by Pastor
Georgia Adamson on September 4, 1994. Noah grew up attending church each
week and at the age of 13 he was confirmed on April 13, 2003, by Pastor
Russell A. Nebhut. While Noah faced many challenges throughout his life,
he never ceased to amaze those of us who knew him. He loved the outdoors.
Nothing gave him greater joy then to be hunting or fishing with his dad.
While the muscular dystrophy limited Noah
in most activities he found that for most of his life when He was in the
water he could have a sense of freedom. Some of his most enjoyable times
were spent with his friends in the swimming pool or at the lake on a jet
ski. Noah was a goodwill ambassador for the Muscular Dystrophy
Association, appearing on the Jerry Lewis Labor Day telethon several
times. Most people enjoy playing sports throughout their time in school
and Noah like any boy his aged wanted to do the same. He found that even
though he could not play he could contribute and be a part of the team
serving as a manager of the Hamilton Junior High football team. Noah was a
unique and special young man who had many friends. All who were his
friends never viewed Noah as one who was handicapped, but as an equal in
all things. All who were his friends will never forget his determination
and desire to overcome the obstacles set before him. He has inspired all
of us to be thankful for what we have been given in this life and to see
in others not their limitations but their overwhelming potential.
All who knew and loved Noah will truly miss
him, but none more so than his family. Rick and Barbara supported Noah and
enabled him to enjoy life as a kid. They encouraged him to work through
his challenges and to never give up. In the end they were resolute to
never give up on Noah.
One person who held a special place in
Noah’s heart was his big sister, Mica. Noah looked up to her and, in a
way, idolized her and she in return filled his life with great love and
happiness. They were a brother and sister who were close to one another, a
brother and sister who truly loved one another. Noah is preceded in death
by his grandparents: Nathan Charles Hall, Billie Barbara Hall, Reginald
Ruben Wiedebusch; and one cousin; Jennifer Hall.
Survivors his parents; his sister, Mica;
grandmother, Nona Faye Wiedebusch; his uncles and aunts, Sandy and Rosanne
Hall, and Chuck and Kay Blair; cousins Sam and John Hall, Chris Blair, and
Billie Kay Cooper and numerous family and friends who will truly miss him.
Pallbearers were Robert Baier, James
Blackwell, Asa Hamilton, Phillips Haile, Jordon Lowe, James Ratliff, Macon
Stork, Sherod Townsend, Jeremy Hughes.
Honorary pallbearers were Jacob Forrest,
Seth LeBlanc and Adam Garrett. Memorial donations may be made to the
Scottish Rite Hospital for Crippled Children and the Muscular Dystrophy
Association. Riley Funeral Home

I have finally done some more research and have new
information. Jenny N.
Yates' maiden name is England, (wife of James David Yates), she was the
daughter of Ewin England & Elmira C. Morris. Her family came from
Tennessee
to Hood Co., Texas ca 1874. They were enumerated on the 1880 Hood Co.,
Texas Census and the children are listed in the school records from
1879-1881 in
that county. Known children of Jenny & David are Texie, Adeen and Ewin
V..
I'm sure there were others but I have not had time to go through the
1900-1920 census'.
Jenny's siblings were Jefferson, Jesse, Margaret Ann "Maggie",
Martha
J."Mattie" and Ewin. They married into the following families
Reamy, Adams,
Simpson, Yates and Stephenson. I previously told you that Mattie
J.Simpson's
maiden name was Yates and that is terribly incorrect as she is an England.
She did marry William H. Simpson in Hamilton Co., Texas on on July 15,
1894.
The Texxie Morris listed in this cemetery was the wife of Jenny's uncle
Evan
L. Morris. I'm sorry for all of the confusion.
