ARRANT FAMILY GATHERS - 1980
On Sunday, October 5, 109 descendants and
friends of the late Sarah Hughes and Daniel Gray Arrant family met at the
Hico Community Center for their annual reunion. "Memories Are Made
of This" was the theme for decorations and door prizes.
Alta Mae Arrant Swelling won the door prize
for traveling the longest distance. Other door prizes were won by Quinn
Beal, William Fergason, Beverly Beal, Dale Eugene Sanford, Dana
Richerson, Barbara Arrant, Christopher Gray, Greg Clark, and Scott
Arrant. During the day special recognition was given the birthday of
Susie (Ethel) Richerson and the 50th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs.
Henry McClintock.
