This marker for Thomas Gaskins is "in memory of." According to descendants in the area, Thomas Gaskins is buried in Hancock Cemetery, a couple of miles from New Zion Cemetery, and that current owners of the land where the cemetery sits may not being allowing access. Does anyone know what the Florida law is on private cemetery preservation and access to family members to those cemeteries?
