William H. Waltz was born on Nov. 5, 1867, the son of George M. Waltz and Ellen Stoltz.  Per the Catholic Vital Records of Central PA, William Henry was baptized at St. Benedict Church, Carrolltown, PA on Nov. 17, 1867. His godparents were Henry & Ann Blum and the priest was Fr. Aegidius, O.S.B.

On Sept. 5, 1891, William married Jessie Letts of Carrolltown.  They were married by Rev. Father Wilford, OSB at St. Benedict Church. (per Cambria Freeman, Ebensburg, PA)

William and Jessie lived in Baltimore, MD and had three children, names unknown.
