Thomas McCaffrey (1802-1885) & Mary Ann Dawson (1808-1881)
Thomas & Mary were born in Ireland and settled at Stanley's Corners on the eighth line, Goulbourne Township, Carelton County, Ontario. Their first child, Jane, was born in Upper Canada in 1829. Below are the McCaffrey's, as they appear in the 1851, 1861, 1871, and 1881 census for Goulbourne. Jane was already married to John Healey.

Thomas and Mary Ann are buried at St. Thomas Anglican Cemetery at Stanley's Corners. The cemetery listing indicates Mary Ann died in 1884, but the tree compiled by Mary Healey says 1881.
