John and Sarah and family were in Randolph County NC in 1850. In 1860 they reside in Shelby County IL and in 1870 they are in Franklin County KS.
John's son, Michael Kelly GADDIS, married Dorcas Jane NANTZ October 1861 in Shelby County IL. Michael and Dorcas moved from IL to KS then to MO and then to Yavapai County AZ.
