George GEDDES was a farm servant and lived at Windy Heads, Aberdour, Scotland. George, his wife Isabella and their first baby Mary Leslie GEDDES b: 1872 Aberdour immigrated to the US in June 1874. They sailed from Liverpool on the Olympus Glasgow to Boston Ma USA . George bought a farm in Easton, Ma and worked at Belcher malleable Iron Foundry. He then bought land in Mansfield, Ma and became a pioneer in raising greenhouse cucumbers. George and Isabella had 11 other children after Mary Leslie after coming to the US they were: James b: 1875, Jennie b: 1877, George b: 1879, Mabel b: 1881, John b: 1884, Gertrude b: 1886, Grace b: 1887, Frank b: 1888, Daniel b: 1889, Clermont b: 1890 (my grandfather), and Ruth b: 1892
