Joseph GADDIS married Mary MOORE

They had at least one child:
Charles Francis GADDIS on the 14 Jun 1868 in Clarksville, TN. He was married the 5 Sep 1897 to Dora Etta REED in Orbion County, TN. Charles died 2 May 1944 in Hornbeak, TN.

They had the following two children:
Mary Elizabeth GADDIS on 8 Feb 1901 in Obion County, TN. She was married in 1915 to Alva "Alvie" Lee SMITHSON. She died 14 May 1979 in Union City, TN.

Robert Nelson GADDIS on 13 Dec 1903 in Obion County, TN. It is unknown if he was ever married. He died 13 Jan 1980 in New Port Richey, FL.
