I have been told that Jack Gaddis was a Cherokee Indian, but have not been able to substantiate that. Most of my information is from interviews with an elderly aunt, marriage records, census, etc.  Some of the names look like they could have been nicknames, which makes it even harder.  There is red hair and blue or green eyes in this family.
