Will of JOHN CLARK of the State if North Carolina, County of Mecklenburg, very weak and frail in body...to my daughter Ann, s 20 and to her children John and Margaret L 300 between them; to my daughter Eleanor s 20 and my bay filly to their (sic) son John: to my son James my old gray mare and roan filly and L 200 hard money to be paid in three years after my decease: to my son Robert the whole of my possessions, one half to his son if has any, if not the whole to himself after the payment of the aforementioned legacies.

N.B. David Freeman I allow to have the oversight of my daughter Elizabeth and see that she is delt justly by. 14 Sept 1781
