Howard Stevens was born April 20, 1917 in Grant County, Indiana to Arthur Ambrose Stevens and Millie Irene Stevens. He died from a heart attack on August 13, 1976 while out fishing. He is burried in the IOOF Cemetary in Marion, Grant County, Indiana. He worked at the Anaconda in Marion, Grant County, Indiana with his father. He joined the service and fought in World War 2 in the Tank Corps.

Howard first married Eloise Stran. Eloise was born in September 1920. Howard and Eloise had to children. 1. Bruce Eugene Stevens b.August 04, 1938 d. November 15, 1994 3.Berthaella Stevens b. October 23, 1939.

Howard Stevens married Ferral Jean Polm. Ferral Jean was born September 20, 1920 in Upland, Indiana and died November 25, 1987 in Marion, Grant County, Indiana. She is burried at the IOOF Cemetary, Marion, Grant County, Indiana. Howard and Ferral Jean had the following children: 1.Susan Stevens b. February 06, 1947 2.Rex Stevens b. March 30, 1948 3.Robert Joe Stevens 4. Teddy Allen Stevens b. June 23, 1953.
