- JOSIAN BAILEY, aged 95 years, died in Dickinson Center on 19 January 1902. BORN in Newbury, Vermont on 23 November 1806. He came to Dickinson when it was only wilderness. His wife died over 20 years ago. 3 daughters survive: Mrs. Mary (Bailey) Rugg of Fairfax, N.Y.; Mrs. Nancy (Bailey) Potter of Dickinson; Mrs. Wealthy (Bailey) Dawson of Dickinson.)
