Pg. 65.  Andw.  Lewis.  I, Lidday Murphy of Montgomery Co. do hereby agree 
and bind myself my heirs to give and allow to Rice D. Montague of said county 
one third of the proceeds of all Bounty Land, commutation pay, half pay or any 
other compensation which may be due to me from the U.S. or Va for services 
rendered by me as a soldier in the Rev.  War.  The said Montague having agreed 
to prosecute my said claim at his own expense and I bind myself to execute any 
and all power of attorney whenever required to enable him to prosecute and
