Anna Hyatt:  Married Seth Hyatt in Mar 1806 and lived with him 
until 08 Jan 1810 during which time she bore him two sons and was 
pregnant a third time by him.  Shortly after their marriage, her 
father, Joseph Dobson conveyed to them by deed of gift a plantation 
worth nearly $1,000.00 on the north side of Catawba River. . . . 
On 08 Jan 1810 Hyatt ran off with another woman, Nancy Smith. . . 
Before eloping, Hyatt sold the plantation to William Murphy . . . 
She prays a divorce.
