This Deed made the eighth day of March in the year nineteen hundred and twenty.

Between Fay Swabb, Effie Ray Swabb, and Olin Budd Swabb all of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, grantors, and J. M. Mc Laughlin of Shippenville and A. E. Collner of Clarion County ALL of the State of Pennsylvania grantees.

Witnesseth:

That in consideration of thirteen hundred and fifty dollars (1350.00) in hand paid the receipts whereof is hereby acknowledged said granters do hereby grant convey to said grantee.

All of their undivided an half interest in all that certain tract of land situated in Elk Township Clarion County Pennsylvania.

Bounded on the north by lands of F. B. Bassett and D. C. Backus, on the east by lands of Sarah Hanson, Sylvester Baichner, and John Hiwiller, on south by lands of J. M. Mc Laughlin, and west by lands of Mrs Sandrock, John Lewis, and Public School Lot.

Containing 120 arcers more or less and being the same premises of which Mary A. Swabb was seized in her lifetime and died on or before August 10 1920 intestate, leaving to survive her husband Henry A. Swabb and a daughter Lillian married to H. L. Korb [?] and three grantors herein named, her grandchildren and the childen of a son H. N. Swabb who was (deceased) prior to the death of his said mother, and in whom the land vested under the Intestate laws of this Commonweath and this deed is given to convey to and vest in said grantees all the right, title, estate, and interest of the grantors in the lands aforesaid.

Excepting and reserving, however unto the said grantors all of their undivided one-half interest in the coal under lands unto them, their heirs and assigns forever, and this deed and the covenant of warranty which follows are made subject to said exception and reservation.

The grantors hereby convenant they will warrant generally and property hereby conveyed.

On this 8th day of March A. D. 1920 before me a Notary Public in and for said County and State came the above named Ethel Fae Swabb, Effa Ray Swabb, and Olin Budd Swabb (all single) and acknowledged the foregoing deed to be their act and deed and desire the same to be recorde as such.

My commission expires at end of next Session of Senate.
