Samuel Wesley Frederick History, III
Notice for Samuel W. Frederick funeral services published in Glenwood Herald, May 1, 1930, column 4, p. 3Other community news that appears with this notice reports--Wesley Frederick, Samuels son, "motored to St. Cloud."
A description of St. Cloud as the "granite city," a wellknown source of stone monuments for many cemeteries in the region would suggest
this was not a pleasure trip for Wesley, but to possibly order the marker for the gravesite.
Report of marriage to Maggie Gray is incorrectly dated 1888; this should be 1880.
