Mrs. Florence C. Hickernell 70, wife of Rodney D. Hickernell, RD 2,
Saegertown, Pa., died Tuesday, March 3, 1959, at Spencer Hospital
after a short illness.
She was born October 23, 1888, in Cussewago Township, a daughter of
John and Maria Koehler Clary. She was a retired school teacher.
She was a member of Mosiertown Baptist Church and Hayfield Grange.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, are a sister, Mrs. M.C.
Truesdell of Jamestown, N.Y.; a brother, Percy V. Clary of Sarasota,
Fla.; and six nieces.
Friends may call tonight from 7 to 9 and Thursday from 2 to 4 and
7 to 9 p.m., at the Hunter Funeral Home, Saegertown, where services
will be held Friday at 2 p.m. Interment will be at Saegertown Cemetery.
