AI BISMARK COUNTRYMAN
Port Rowan: The death of Ai Bismark Countryman, formerly of South Walsingham, occurred Thursday [July 17, 1958] in Victoria Hospital, London in his 86th year.
Born and educated in South Walsingham, deceased farmed there and later moved to London, being employed with the London and Port Stanley Railway for some years. He was a member of the Baptist Church and of the Masonic and Odd Fellows lodges.
Surviving besides his wife, the former Olga Rohrer, whom he married at Port Burwell, 62 years ago, are one son, Carmel, R.R. 2 Port Rowan; and two daughters, Mrs. Elgin Shildrick (Millie) of St. Thomas and Mrs. Peter Niemi (Myrtle) of Pontiac Mich.
Service will be held Saturday at 2 p. m. from Clark's Funeral Home, Port Rowan, with Rev. Archie Forsyth of Pt Rowan Baptist Church officiating and interment in Port Royal Cemetery.
