I Phillip BUNN of fordington in the County of Dorset husbandman the 29 of September: 1662 being of perfect memory and remembrance doe mark this my will and Testiment in manor and forme following Impremis: [In the first place] I give unto my dafter [daughter] Mary FROOMS ten skillings [shillings] to be paid after my deses [decease ] Item: I give to my dafter Ane MOORES ten skillings [shillings] to be paid after my deses [decease ] Item: I give my dwelling house to my dafter [daughter] Ann MORES full and [illegible word] that she nou [now] haves in paying the Lords Rent Item: all the rest of my goodes and mooney I give to my wife Jone for terme of hir life paying my detes [debts] out of it and doe mark hir soles executor of this my last will & testament and afterwards what remains unspent by my wife Jone I give to my dafter [daughter] Mary FRONE : and further I do order and appyt [appoint] my brothers John BUN and William BUN to be overseers of this my Last Will and Testament and to have fulle pouer [power] to task up and revoue [review] what noue [now] I have givene to my wife Jone for her one propose use as long as shese live and what we remaineth un spent I give to my dafter Mary FROOME In witness wer of I have set my hand and seale the day and year above writen The marke of Philip BUN The mark of Robert TAPP The mark of Robert BUN Genealogical notes:- A Mary the daughter of Philip BUNE was baptised in Fordington on 9th May 1630 A Richard the son of Philip BUN was baptised in Fordington on 15th April 1638 but died an infant and was buried there 10th November the same year. |
