SOLOMON P. RISENER

Solomon P. Risener was born at Fairibanks, Ark., December 23, 1886, and died July 2, 1945 at the age of 59 years, 7 months and 9 days.

He was married to Lula Hood of Havana, Arkansas, January 22, 1905.

He leaves to mourn his passing his wife, four sons, Clifford of Kennett, Mo.; Othur L. who is with the Air Forces in India; Warren P. Risener who is in the navy at New London, Conn.; Joe R. Risener of Rector, Arkansas; and four daughters, Mrs. Erma Ralaford of Bloomington, Mrs. Wilma Sample of Kennett, Mo.; Mrs. Lula Myers of Rector, Ark.; and Imogene Risener also of Rector; two brothers, Othur Risener of Bee Branch, Ark.; Ernest of Greenville, Texas; one sister, Mrs. Pearl Mercer of Kennett, Mo.; and seven grandchildren besides a host of relatvies and friends.

He was baptized into the Church of Christ September 1911 of which he later became a minister and was faithful until death.

Funeral services were held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, July 5, 1945 at Pleasant Valley Church, conducted by V. P. Wright. Burial was in Piggott cemetery with Russell Mortuary in charge of arrangements.
