Mrs. Lillie Mae Benton, 80, RFD 6, died this morning at the Home for the Golden Years where she had been residing for two weeks.
Mrs. Benton was the widow of the late W.C. Benton. She was a native of Tennessee, and had resided in Greene County the past 65 years. She was a member of Robb's Chapel Baptist Church.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. W.C. Riley, RFD 6; two sons, Murtis, RFD 5, and Sam, Dearing, Mo.; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Arrangements are incomplete with Heath Funeral Home.

Funeral for Mrs. Lillie Mae Benton, 80, who died Thursday at the Home for the Golden Years, was held Sunday at Robb's Chapel by Revs. H.O Shultz and C.E. Moses. Burial was in New Friendship Cemetery by Heath Funeral Home.
