MRS. ALBERTA BENTON DIES AT HER HOME ON ROUTE FOUR

Mrs. Alberta Benton, age 29, died at 12:15 this morning at her home on route four following an illness due to pernicious malaria. She was a native of Missouri and the wife of George S. Benton, farmer.

Funeral services will be conducted at four o'clock this afternoon from the family residence and burial will be made in the New Friendship cemetary. The Rev. R.C. Rogers, Baptist minister, will officiate.

Surviving are her husband, George S. Benton; two daughters, Misses Frances Catherine and Mary May Benton; one son, Donald Murrell; one sister, Mrs. C.H. Crafton of route four; two half-sisters, Mrs. Tom Cole and Mrs. Hugh Robinson of Paragould; three brothers, Howell and James Mangrum of Ft. Benning, Ga., and Jones Mangrum of Stonewall; and one half-brother, Tom Mangrum of Decatur, Ill.
