The above image entitled "The Young Nurse" is a cutting that was pasted into Louisa's Album.  It appears on a page of its own in the book, but sadly no mention is made of where it might have come from.  So if anyone has any ideas, then I would love to hear from you.

I am sure that you will agree with me, that this is a lovely example of showing us children in days gone by.  Of course without being dated, we have no idea of when this picture might have been drawn originally.  However, I am speculating that it probably dates from the Victorian era.  But whatever the date, wherever it might have originally come from, this page has to be one of my favourites.
