Nathan Messer Cemetery, Knox County, Kentucky

This is a completed cemetery with only two unmarked stones. One of the unmarked stones is for a little "Taylor" boy who died in the 1950's, I don't remember the date. The second unmarked stone is suppose to be for Ollie Messer Mills daughter, I am unsure which daughter this would be. This cemetery is on the same road/path that leads to the Mills Cemetery, Big Creek, Knox County, Kentucky. It was told to me that the reason this cemetery is where it is, is because of the Dogwood Tree. The individuals buried here like the Dogwood tree so much they wanted to be buried next to it. To get to the Mills cemetery you have to continue up the road this cemetery is in the woods at the elbow curve on this same tiny road. There is also a thrid cemetery on this same mountain and in very close proximity. I am unsure of the name of the last cemetery and for the time being I am calling it the Tom Mills Cemetery as Tom Mills and his family are buired in that cemetery. Albert Messer
