Sarah married: As far as anyone knows, Sarah never married. Her two children carry her maiden name of Paty/Patty and there is a court record found where the two "bastard" children were taken and made apprentices.
Sarah had one sister and three brothers. They were Nancy, Jesse, James & Charles and there are many many descendants from their families.
