Pictured above are the students who attended Room 1 of the Robb Valley school, McDonald, around the turn of the century.
The school was located in Robinson Township on the hillside on the south side of North street near the old TORNABENE residence. It was in existence until the mid 20’s, when it was closed and the students were admitted to the McDonald school. A number of the youngsters above have been identified by Abel MASQUELIER of Sturgeon, who is one of them, and who made the picture available. Others were identified by Mrs. Nova MASQUELIER GRACE and Miss Norma MASQUELIER of McDonald, who are also pictured.
