Mrs. Margaret DINSMORE, of Cross Creek Township, celebrated her 93d birthday on the 8th. Children and many grandchildren were present. Mrs. D. was the youngest of eleven children. Her father, Robert LYLE, was a Revolutionary soldier, and he died in 1843 aged 90 years. She has lived where she now lives since 1831, and has used water from the same spring for 66 years. She is the oldest member of Cross Creek Presbyterian Church, and she was baptized by Rev. Thomas MARQUIS 90 years ago.
